Step #1 In a saucepan over med-heat/flame, bring butter, water & cocoa to boil.
Step #2 Remove from the heat & cool to about room temp.
Step #3 In a mixing bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking soda & salt.
Step #4 Beat in cocoa mixture.
Step #5 Add eggs, buttermilk & extracts; mix well.
Step #6 Pour into a greased 15-in.
Step #7 x 10-in.
Step #8 x 1-in.
Step #9 baking pan.
Step #10 Bake at 375 degrees F for 20-22 mins or until a toothpick inserted near the center comes out clean.
Step #11 Cool for 10 mins.
Step #12 Meanwhile, for frosting, place butter & milk in a saucepan.
Step #13 Cook & stir over med-heat/flame until butter is melted.
Step #14 Remove from the heat; add in the remaining ingredients & beat well.
Step #15 Carefully spread over warm cake.
Step #16 Cool.
