Mexican Bean Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (4.5-oz) can sliced green chiles, undrained
  • 1 c (4 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese with jalapeño peppers, divided
  • 1/2 c sliced onion
  • 1 (15-oz) can vegetarian chili with beans
  • 1 (8-oz) block 1/3-less-fat cream cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350°.
  • Step #2 Spread the cream cheese evenly over bottom of a 9-inch pie plate.
  • Step #3 Combine 1/2 c Monterey Jack, chili, onion, & green chiles in a small bowl.
  • Step #4 Spread chili mixture over the cream cheese.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top with 1/2 c Monterey Jack.
  • Step #6 Bake at 350° for 20 mins.
