Baked Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c fine, dry breadcrumbs
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 (14-oz) cans artichoke hearts, drained & sliced
  • 1 c freshly shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 c mayonnaise
  •  Crackers
  • 1/4 c freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsps lemon juice

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine first 6 ingredients, stirring well.
  • Step #2 Spoon into a lightly greased 1-quart baking dish; sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
  • Step #3 Bake at 350° for 30 mins or until bubbly.
  • Step #4 Serve with crackers.
