Crumb Topped Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp grated lemon peel
  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • 1 1/2 c soft bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh thyme
  • 1/4 tsp lemon-pepper seasoning
  • 2 tbsps minced fresh parsley
  • Refrigerated butter-flavored spray*
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

Directions
  • Step #1 In a bowl, mix the first eight ingredients; set aside.
  • Step #2 Pat salmon dry.
  • Step #3 Place, skin side down, in a 13-in.
  • Step #4 x 9-in.
  • Step #5 x 2-in.
  • Step #6 baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Step #7 Spritz salmon with butter-flavored spray; cover with crumb mixture.
  • Step #8 Spritz crumbs with butter-flavored spray.
  • Step #9 Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees F for 15-20 mins or until fish flakes with a fork.
