Step #2 Remove white papery skin from garlic head (do not peel or separate the cloves).
Step #3 Wrap garlic head in foil wrap.
Step #4 Bake at 375° for 45 mins or until tender; let cool 10 mins.
Step #5 Separate cloves; squeeze to extract garlic pulp.
Step #6 Discard skins.
Step #7 Combine garlic pulp & remaining ingredients in a food processor/blender; process until smooth, scraping sides of processor bowl every once in awhile.
