Step #3 In a 10- to 12-inch nonstick, ovenproof frying pan over medium-high heat, frequently stir onion & garlic in reserved marinade until onion is limp, about 5 mins.
Step #4 Meanwhile, In a large-ish bowl, whisk together eggs, bread crumbs, hot sauce, pepper, salt, oregano, & cheddar cheese.
Step #5 Stir in artichokes.
Step #6 Pour evenly into pan with onion mixture.
Step #7 Sprinkle top parmesan cheese over the top.
Step #8 Transfer pan to a 350° regular or convection oven & bake this until center of frittata is set & top is lightly browned, about 30 mins.
Step #9 Serve warm or at about room temp; cut into 12 wedges.
