Asparagus With Garlic Cream Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (8-oz) container sour cream
  • 2 lbs fresh asparagus
  • 2 tbsps milk
  • 1 tbsp white wine vinegar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp freshly ground pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Stir together first 7 ingredients.
  • Step #2 Cover up & chill 8 hrs.
  • Step #3 Snap off tough ends of asparagus.
  • Step #4 Cook in boiling water to cover 3 mins or until crisp-tender; drain.
  • Step #5 Plunge asparagus into ice water to stop the cooking process; drain.
  • Step #6 Chill 8 hrs, if desired.
  • Step #7 Serve with garlic cream.
