• 1/4 c slivered almonds, sliced & toasted
• 1/4 c flaked coconut, toasted
• 1 (11-oz) can mandarin oranges, drained
• 1 (8-oz) container soft cream cheese with pineapple

• Step #1 Set aside 3 orange segments for garnish.
• Step #2 Chop remaining oranges; set aside.
• Step #3 Combine cream cheese, coconut, & almonds in a medium bowl; stir until mixed.
• Step #4 Fold in sliced orange.
• Step #5 Arrange reserved orange segments on top.
• Step #6 Cover up & chill in the fridge.
• Step #7 Serve with date-nut bread, banana bread, or gingersnaps.
