Mango Mahi Seviche Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c sliced cilantro
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 c sliced peeled mango
  • 1 c vertically sliced onion
  • 3/4 c fresh lemon juice
  • 1 c sliced red bell pepper
  • 1/4 tsp salt, divided
  • 1 lb mahimahi fillet, cut into thin slices

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine the onion, juice, 1/8 tsp salt, & fish In a large-ish bowl.
  • Step #2 Let stand 10 mins.
  • Step #3 Add the remaining 1/8 tsp salt, mango, red bell pepper, cilantro, & black pepper; toss carefully to coat.
  • Step #4 Cover up & chill 1 hr.
