Pepper And Salt Chicken Wings Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tbsp white peppercorns
  •  Peeled 3-inch celery sticks, for serving
  • 3 lbs chicken wings, separated at the joints
  • 1/4 c kosher salt
  • 1 tbsp black peppercorns
  •  Lemon Cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat the oven to 450°.
  • Step #2 Coarsely crush the black & white peppercorns in a mortar or use a heavy-bottomed skillet; stir in the the salt.
  • Step #3 Put the chicken wings on a large baking sheet & toss with the pepper & salt.
  • Step #4 Roast on the top rack of the oven for 1 hr.
  • Step #5 Serve with celery sticks & the Lemon Cream.
