Parmesan-artichoke Crostini Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 c grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 (4.5-oz) can sliced green chiles, drained
  • 1 (14-oz) can artichoke hearts, drained & sliced
  • 1 c light mayonnaise
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 40 baguette slices, toasted

Directions
  • Step #1 Stir together first 5 ingredients.
  • Step #2 Spread 1 tbsp mixture on each bread slice, & place on ungreased baking sheets.
  • Step #3 Bake at 400° for 3 to 5 mins or until thoroughly heated; serve as soon as possible.
  • Step #4 Note: Parmesan-Artichoke mixture may also be used as a topping for grilled fish or chicken.
  • Step #5 For ease, buy toasted baguette slices in the grocery store bakery.
