Ingredients
1 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 (4.5-oz) can sliced green chiles, drained
1 (14-oz) can artichoke hearts, drained & sliced
1 c light mayonnaise
2 garlic cloves, minced
40 baguette slices, toasted
Directions
Step #1 Stir together first 5 ingredients.
Step #2 Spread 1 tbsp mixture on each bread slice, & place on ungreased baking sheets.
Step #3 Bake at 400° for 3 to 5 mins or until thoroughly heated; serve as soon as possible.
Step #4 Note: Parmesan-Artichoke mixture may also be used as a topping for grilled fish or chicken.
Step #5 For ease, buy toasted baguette slices in the grocery store bakery.
