Ingredients
1 lb sea scallops
Coconut-Curry Sauce
1 c orange juice
3 tbsps sliced fresh basil
Directions
Step #1 Combine orange juice & basil In a large-ish bowl; add scallops, tossing to coat.
Step #2 Cover up & chill 1 hr.
Step #3 Remove scallops; discard marinade.
Step #4 Grill, with lid closed, over medium-high heat (350º to 400º) 6 to 7 mins on each side or until done.
Step #5 Serve with Coconut-Curry Sauce.
