Grilled Scallops With Coconut Curry Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 lb sea scallops
  •  Coconut-Curry Sauce
  • 1 c orange juice
  • 3 tbsps sliced fresh basil

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine orange juice & basil In a large-ish bowl; add scallops, tossing to coat.
  • Step #2 Cover up & chill 1 hr.
  • Step #3 Remove scallops; discard marinade.
  • Step #4 Grill, with lid closed, over medium-high heat (350º to 400º) 6 to 7 mins on each side or until done.
  • Step #5 Serve with Coconut-Curry Sauce.
