Tapenade Recipe

Ingredients
  •  Assorted crackers (optional)
  • 1 small shallot, sliced
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp sliced fresh parsley
  • 1 tsp capers, drained
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1 anchovy fillet, rinsed
  •  Fresh raw vegetables (optional)
  • 1 (6-oz) jar pitted kalamata olives, drained
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

Directions
  • Step #1 Pulse first 5 ingredients in a food processor/blender 4 or 5 times or until finely sliced.
  • Step #2 Stir in olive oil & lemon juice until mixed; stir in the parsley.
  • Step #3 Serve with crackers & vegetables, if desired.
