• 1 c sifted powdered sugar
• 1 (1-oz) square unsweetened chocolate

• Step #2 Cook over low heat/flame until chocolate melts.
• Step #3 Cool 3 to 4 mins.
• Step #4 Add sugar & water; beat until smooth, using a wooden spoon.
