Chocolate Bar Piei Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crust
  • 2 c miniature marshmallows
  • 6 (1.45 oz) bars milk chocolate with almonds, coarsely sliced
  • 1 c heavy whipping cream
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1/2 c milk

Directions
  • Step #1 Place sliced chocolate bars, marshmallows, milk, & salt in the top of a double boiler.
  • Step #2 Heat & stir until mixture is melted & smooth.
  • Step #3 Remove from heat & allow this to cool, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #4 In a medium bowl, beat cream until soft peaks form.
  • Step #5 Fold cream into cooled chocolate mixture.
  • Step #6 Pour mixture into graham cracker crust.
  • Step #7 Chill before serving.
  • Step #8 This pie is also delicious frozen.
