4 skinned & boned chicken breast halves, cut into 3/4-inch strips

Step #1 Peel shrimp, leaving tails on; devein, if desired.
Step #2 Place in a heavy-duty zip-top plastic bag.
Step #3 Place chicken strips in a separate heavy-duty zip-top Stir together garlic & next 5 ingredients; pour half of marinade over shrimp & half over chicken.
Step #4 Seal bags, & marinate in refrigerator 30 mins.
Step #5 Soak 6-inch wooden skewers in warm water 30 mins.
Step #6 Remove shrimp from marinade, discarding marinade.
Step #7 Thread shrimp onto skewers.
Step #8 Repeat with chicken.
Step #9 Grill chicken, covered with grill lid, over medium-high heat (350° to 400°) 5 mins on each side.
Step #10 Add shrimp; cook 2 mins on each side or until shrimp & chicken are done.
