Crab-artichoke Tarts Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/8 tsp pepper
  • 1 tbsp margarine, melted
  • 1 (14-oz) can artichoke hearts, drained & sliced
  • 32 (3-1/4 x 3-inch) wonton wrappers
  • 1 (4-oz) carton thawed frozen egg substitute
  • 1/8 tsp dried whole thyme
  • 1/4 c roasted red bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 (6-oz) can crabmeat, drained
  • 2 tsps all-purpose flour
  • 2 tbsps freeze-dried chives
  • 3 tbsps grated Parmesan cheese
  •  Vegetable cooking spray

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine first 4 ingredients in a bowl; stir well.
  • Step #2 Add sliced bell peppers, artichokes, & crabmeat; stir well.
  • Step #3 Coat 32 miniature muffin c with cooking spray.
  • Step #4 carefully press 1 wontgon wrapper ilnto each muffin c, allowing ends to extend above edges of c.
  • Step #5 Spoon crabmeat mixture evenly into wonton-wrapper c; sprinkle with cheese & chives.
  • Step #6 Brush edges of wonton wrappers with melted margarine.
  • Step #7 Bake at 350º for 20 mins or until crabmeat mixture is set & edges of wonton wrappers are lightly browned.
