1/8 tsp MCCORMICK Gourmet Collection Ground (Cayenne) Red Pepper
Assorted crackers or crostini
1 (8-oz.) package PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, at about room temp
1 tsp DOMINO Dark Brown Sugar
1/4 c finely sliced green onions
1 (4-oz.) package crumbled blue cheese, at about room temp
Directions
Step #1 Stir together first 3 ingredients in a medium bowl until mixed.
Step #2 Stir in green onions, red pepper, & garlic powder until well mixed.
Step #3 Press cheese mixture into a 2-c glass bowl or a plastic wrap-lined mold.
Step #4 Cover up & chill at least 8 hrs or up to 24 hrs.
Step #5 Combine sliced bacon, pecans, & brown sugar.
Step #6 Sauté bacon mixture In a large-ish nonstick skillet coated with cooking spray over med-heat/flame until pecans are toasted & bacon begins to crisp (about 5 mins).
Step #7 Remove from heat, & let cool.
Step #8 Invert cheese mixture onto a serving plate.
Step #9 Gently press pecan mixture onto top & sides of cheese mixture.
Step #10 Serve with assorted crackers or crostini.
