Brie Cheese Bites Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (16.3-oz.) can put in the fridged flaky buttermilk biscuits
  • 1/2 c jalapeño pepper jelly*
  • 1 (8-oz.) Brie round, rind removed

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut brie into 24 pieces, & let soften.
  • Step #2 Separate each biscuit into thirds, making 3 rounds.
  • Step #3 Press biscuit rounds into bottom & up sides of 24 mini-muffin c.
  • Step #4 Spoon about 1 tsp.
  • Step #5 pepper jelly into center of each biscuit c; top each with 1 brie cheese piece.
  • Step #6 Bake at 425° for 8 to 10 mins or until golden brown.
  • Step #7 Let stand 10 mins before serving.
  • Step #8 *1/2 c mango chutney may be substituted.
