Step #1 Sauté garlic & ginger in hot oil In a large-ish skillet 2 mins; add ground round & pork, & cook this until meat is no longer pink, stirring until it crumbles.

Step #5 Spoon 1 tbsp cabbage mixture in center of each won ton wrapper.
Step #6 Moisten won ton edges with water.
Step #7 Bring 2 opposite corners up, forming a triangle, but not sealing edges.
Step #8 Beginning at 1 corner, gather & pinch open dough until filling is enclosed.
Step #9 Place dumplings 1/2 inch apart in a lightly greased steamer basket.
Step #10 Place over boiling water; cover & steam 1 to 2 mins or until tender.
