Kick-off Beef Pretzel Poppers Recipe

Ingredients
  • 20 OSCAR MAYER Deli-Fresh Shaved Roast Beef slices
  •  Pinch of garlic powder
  • 1/2 to 1 Tbsp. minced pickled jalapeño pepper slices
  • 1/2 c (2 oz.) finely shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 (8-oz.) container soft cream cheese
  • 20 (3-inch) honey wheat pretzel sticks

Directions
  • Step #1 Stir together first 4 ingredients in a small bowl until well mixed.
  • Step #2 Spread about 1 tsp.
  • Step #3 cream cheese mixture evenly onto 1 side of each roast beef slice; top each slice with 1 pretzel stick, & roll up.
  • Step #4 Serve as soon as possible, or chill up to 1 hr.
  • Step #5 Horseradish-Dijon Pretzel Poppers: Omit shredded Cheddar cheese, jalapeño pepper slices, & garlic powder.
  • Step #6 Stir together cream cheese, 1 Tbsp.
  • Step #7 finely sliced green onions, 1/2 tsp.
  • Step #8 prepared horseradish, & 2 tsp.
  • Step #9 Dijon mustard until mixed.
  • Step #10 Proceed with recipe as directed.
