Crab Cakes With Cucumber Relish Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 c mayonnaise
  • 1 lb lump crabmeat, picked
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  •  Cucumber Relish
  • 2/3 c Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp seafood seasoning
  • 2 tbsps olive oil, divided
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 1 egg, lightly beaten
  • 2 tbsps butter, divided
  • 1 tbsp sliced fresh parsley
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine egg & next 7 ingredients In a large-ish bowl.
  • Step #2 Fold in crabmeat.
  • Step #3 Shape mixture into 18 (1 1/2-inch) cakes.
  • Step #4 Heat 1 tbsp butter & 1 tbsp olive oil In a large-ish nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Step #5 Sauté half of patties 1 to 2 mins on each side until golden brown.
  • Step #6 Repeat with remaining butter, oil, & patties.
  • Step #7 Serve with Cucumber Relish.
