Dijon Garlic Salmon Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/3 c Dijon mustard
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 4 (6 oz) salmon fillets
  • 1 red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1 tsp dried tarragon

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 400F degrees F (200 degrees C).
  • Step #2 Spray a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.
  • Step #3 Arrange the salmon skin side down in the prepared pan, & lightly coat with the Dijon mustard.
  • Step #4 Place the garlic & onion slices on the salmon fillets.
  • Step #5 Spice up with tarragon, salt, & pepper.
  • Step #6 Bake 20 mins in the preheated oven, or until salmon is easily flaked with a fork.
