Bruschetta With Peach Salsa And Melted Brie Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 3/4 c finely sliced red bell pepper (about 1)
  • 2 c sliced peeled peaches (about 4)
  • 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
  • 1/4 c sliced green onions
  •  Dash of ground red pepper
  • 2 tbsps sliced fresh cilantro
  • 4 oz chilled Brie cheese, cut into 24 pieces
  • 1 (8-oz) French bread baguette, cut into 24 slices

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat broiler.
  • Step #2 Combine first 7 ingredients; set aside.
  • Step #3 Arrange bread slices in an even layer on a baking sheet.
  • Step #4 Top each bread slice with 1 piece of cheese; broil 3 mins or until cheese melts & bread is toasted.
  • Step #5 Remove pan from oven.
  • Step #6 Top each bread slice with about 1 1/2 tbsps salsa; serve as soon as possible.
