Ingredients
5 sprigs fresh rosemary
6 c mixed olives, such as Niçoise, Spanish, Picholine, & Greek
2 tsps red pepper flakes
Directions
Step #1 Combine the olives, rosemary, & red pepper flakes in the center of 1 or 2 large sheets of aluminum foil wrap.
Step #2 Fold the foil wrap to enclose the olives in a pouch.
Step #3 (Recipe can made to this point 1 day ahead, Refrigerate.
Step #4 ) Heat oven to 400º F.
Step #5 Bake for 30 mins.
Step #6 Serve warm.
Step #7 Note: Heating up olives with herbs & spices is an easy upgrade of a familiar party food, & it perfumes the house with a heady, exotic aroma.
