Garlic-marinated Shrimp With Chimichurri Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
  •  Chimichurri Sauce
  • 3 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 2 lbs extra-large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1/8 tsp dried crushed red pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine shrimp & next 3 ingredients In a large-ish bowl; cover & chill 1 hr.
  • Step #2 Arrange the marinated shrimp on a greased jelly-roll pan.
  • Step #3 Bake at 500° for 5 to 6 mins or until pink.
  • Step #4 Serve with Chimichurri Sauce.
