Cajun Rémoulade Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce
  • 1 c mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2 tbsps capers
  • 1 tbsp fresh lemon juice
  • 2 tbsps prepared horseradish
  • 2 tbsps sliced fresh parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves, sliced
  • 1/2 c sliced green onions
  • 1 tbsp cider vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 c sliced celery

Directions
  • Step #1 Pulse first 4 ingredients in a food processor/blender until coarsely sliced; drain well.
  • Step #2 Add remaining ingredients; pulse 3 or 4 times, stopping to scrape down sides.
