Brown Sugar-cinnamon Pecans Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 tbsps butter or margarine
  • 1/4 c firmly packed brown sugar
  • 2 tbsps orange juice
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp pecan-praline-flavored ground coffee
  • 2 c pecan halves
  • 1/4 tsp ground red pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Melt butter In a large-ish skillet over med-heat/flame; add brown sugar & next 4 ingredients.
  • Step #2 Stir well.
  • Step #3 Add pecans, stirring well to coat.
  • Step #4 Remove from heat.
  • Step #5 Spread coated pecans on a lightly greased 15" x 10" x 1" jellyroll pan.
  • Step #6 Bake at 325° for 14 to 15 mins, stirring every 5 mins.
  • Step #7 Cool completely.
  • Step #8 Break nuts apart.
