Garlicky Pita Chips Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 c olive oil
  • 1 to 2 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground pepper
  • 6 (6-inch) pita rounds

Directions
  • Step #1 Split pita rounds to make 12 rounds.
  • Step #2 Stir together garlic & oil; brush over both sides of rounds.
  • Step #3 Sprinkle top with salt & pepper.
  • Step #4 Stack pitas; cut stack into 6 wedges.
  • Step #5 Place wedges in a single layer on baking sheets; bake this at 400° for 5 to 6 mins or until crisp.
