Ingredients
1/4 tsp salt
2 c walnut halves
1/8 tsp ground red pepper
1/4 c cold unsalted butter, cut into 4 pieces
2 tbsps very finely minced fresh rosemary
Directions
Step #1 To make the butter, mix first 4 ingredients in foil wrap-lined jellyroll pan.
Step #2 Bake at 400° until butter melts; remove this from oven.
Step #3 Add walnuts; toss to coat.
Step #4 Bake 6 to 9 mins or until walnuts are lightly toasted, stirring at 3-min intervals.
Step #5 Let cool.
Step #6 Package in an airtight container.
