Rosemary Walnuts Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 2 c walnut halves
  • 1/8 tsp ground red pepper
  • 1/4 c cold unsalted butter, cut into 4 pieces
  • 2 tbsps very finely minced fresh rosemary

Directions
  • Step #1 To make the butter, mix first 4 ingredients in foil wrap-lined jellyroll pan.
  • Step #2 Bake at 400° until butter melts; remove this from oven.
  • Step #3 Add walnuts; toss to coat.
  • Step #4 Bake 6 to 9 mins or until walnuts are lightly toasted, stirring at 3-min intervals.
  • Step #5 Let cool.
  • Step #6 Package in an airtight container.
