Warm Goat Cheese Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp cracked pepper
  • 1 tbsp corn oil
  • 3/4 c whipping cream
  • 2 tbsps minced shallots
  • 2 tbsps sliced fresh thyme
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 (5.3-oz) package goat cheese, crumbled

Directions
  • Step #1 Sauté shallots in oil In a large-ish nonstick skillet until tender; stir in the thyme & whipping cream.
  • Step #2 Bring to a boil, stirring constantly; remove this from heat.
  • Step #3 Whisk in goat cheese, salt, & pepper until smooth.
