Herb Cheese Log Recipe

Ingredients
  • 5 1/2- to 6-oz log fresh chèvre (goat) cheese
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh chives
  •  Baguette slices
  • 2 tbsps extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp minced fresh cilantro

Directions
  • Step #1 On a 12- by 15-inch piece of plastic wrap, cilantro, mix chives, & basil.
  • Step #2 Roll chèvre in herb mixture to coat evenly.
  • Step #3 Set on a small rolled plate or serving dish & drizzie with olive oil.
  • Step #4 Serve with baguette slices.
