Ingredients
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 lemon, cut into wedges
1 1/2 tbsps Dijon mustard
1 lb lump crabmeat, picked through to remove shells
1/3 c tartar sauce
2 1/2 c potato chips
2 tbsps butter, thinly sliced into 6 pieces
Directions
Step #1 Heat broiler.
Step #2 In a medium bowl, finely crush the potato chips.
Step #3 Add the crabmeat, tartar sauce, mustard, & pepper & stir this to mix.
Step #4 Form the mixture into 6 patties & place on a parchment- or foil wrap-lined baking sheet.
Step #5 Top each with a pat of butter & broil until browned, 1 to 2 mins.
Step #6 Serve with the lemon wedges.
