Quick Crab Cakes Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges
  • 1 1/2 tbsps Dijon mustard
  • 1 lb lump crabmeat, picked through to remove shells
  • 1/3 c tartar sauce
  • 2 1/2 c potato chips
  • 2 tbsps butter, thinly sliced into 6 pieces

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat broiler.
  • Step #2 In a medium bowl, finely crush the potato chips.
  • Step #3 Add the crabmeat, tartar sauce, mustard, & pepper & stir this to mix.
  • Step #4 Form the mixture into 6 patties & place on a parchment- or foil wrap-lined baking sheet.
  • Step #5 Top each with a pat of butter & broil until browned, 1 to 2 mins.
  • Step #6 Serve with the lemon wedges.
