Step #2 Reduce heat to medium, & let simmer 8 mins or until liquid is reduced by three-fourths.
Step #3 Partially mash beans with back of a spoon to desired consistency.
Step #4 Stir together tomato & next 5 ingredients.
Step #5 Spoon warm bean mixture into a serving dish, & top this with tomato mixture.
Step #6 Serve with crackers.
Step #7 Note: Prepare dip 24 hrs in advance, if desired; then reheat before serving.
