Quick Fiesta Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 (12-oz) jar thick-and-chunky mild salsa
  • 1 (9-oz) package frozen corn niblets
  •  Tortilla chips or corn chips
  • 1 c (4 oz) shredded Colby or Cheddar cheese

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook corn according to package directions; drain.
  • Step #2 Pour salsa into a 9-inch glass pieplate; stir in the corn.
  • Step #3 Cover up with plastic wrap; fold back a small section of wrap to allow steam to escape.
  • Step #4 Microwave at HIGH 2 mins or until bubbly.
  • Step #5 Sprinkle top cheese over salsa; cover with plastic wrap.
  • Step #6 Let stand 5 mins or until cheese is melted.
  • Step #7 Serve with chips.
