• Step #1 In a 5- to 6-quart pan over high heat, bring about 3 quarts water & 1 tsp salt to a boil.
• Step #2 Add 2 lbs frozen soybeans in pods & cook this until beans inside pods are tender to bite (break a pod open to test), about 5 mins.
• Step #3 Drain & sprinkle with extra salt to taste.
• Step #4 Serve warm or cover & chill up to 4 hrs.
