Saffron Shrimp With Fennel Seeds Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp saffron threads
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 lbs large shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 1 tbsp fennel seeds
  • 1/4 c sliced fresh flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 c dry white wine

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine first 5 ingredients In a large-ish nonstick skillet; bring to a boil.
  • Step #2 Cook 5 mins; add shrimp.
  • Step #3 Cover up & cook 2 mins or until shrimp are done, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #4 Spoon mixture into a bowl, & chill in the fridge.
  • Step #5 Stir in parsley before serving.
