Ingredients
  •  Salt
  • 1 to 2 tbsps sliced fresh jalapeño chilies
  • 2 tbsps sliced onion
  • 4 to 6 tbsps lime juice
  • 1 can (12 oz.) whole tomatillos, drained
  • 3/4 c fresh cilantro

Directions
  • Step #1 In a food processor/blender or mixer, purée tomatillos, 4 tbsps lime juice, cilantro, onion, & 1 tbsp chilies until smooth.
  • Step #2 Taste, then add more lime juice & chilies if desired.
  • Step #3 Add salt to taste.
  • Step #4 Serve, or cover & chill up to 3 days.
