4 (0.7-oz) envelopes Italian salad dressing mix, divided
Directions
Step #1 Cut off wingtips, & discard; cut chicken wings in half at joint, if desired.
Step #2 Place 1 package Italian salad dressing mix In a large-ish zip-top plastic bag; add half of wings, & shake to coat.
Step #3 Arrange coated wings in a single layer on a lightly greased rack in an aluminum foil wrap-lined 15- x 10-inch jelly-roll pan.
Step #4 Repeat procedure with 1 package Italian salad dressing mix, remaining half of wings, & another jelly-roll pan.
Step #5 Bake at 425° for 35 mins or until browned.
Step #6 Remove pans from oven, & reduce heat to 350°.
Step #7 Stir together remaining 2 packages Italian salad dressing mix, & next 3 ingredients In a large-ish bowl; add wings, butter, & toss until evenly coated.
Step #8 Return wings to racks in pans, & bake this at 350° for 30 more mins.
Step #9 Serve with Ranch dressing.
Step #10 *2 (3-lb) packages frozen party-style chicken wings, thawed, may be substituted.
