Chive-tarragon Deviled Eggs Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/8 tsp hot sauce
  • 1/2 tsp dry mustard
  •  Garnishes: sliced fresh chives, fresh flat-leaf parsley sprigs
  • 2 tbsps finely sliced fresh chives
  • 1/2 c mayonnaise
  • 1 dozen large eggs, hard-cooked & peeled
  • 2 tsps finely sliced fresh tarragon

Directions
  • Step #1 Cut eggs in half lengthwise; carefully remove yolks.
  • Step #2 Mash egg yolks; stir in the mayonnaise, hot sauce, lemon juice, & next 4 ingredients.
  • Step #3 Spoon or pipe egg yolk mixture evenly into egg white halves.
  • Step #4 Cover up & chill at least 1 hr or until ready to serve.
  • Step #5 Garnish, if desired.
