Caramel Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  • 2 c coarsely sliced pecans, toasted (optional)
  •  Apple, pear, or other fruit slices
  • 1/2 c butter
  • 1 (16-oz.) package light brown sugar
  • 1 (8-oz.) container sour cream

Directions
  • Step #1 Cook first 3 ingredients over low heat/flame in a 3-qt.
  • Step #2 saucepan, stirring constantly, 5 mins or until mixture is smooth.
  • Step #3 Stir in pecans, if desired.
  • Step #4 Serve with fruit slices.
