Cream Cheese Patties Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4 c milk
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 (3 oz) package Neufchatel cheese, softened
  • 1 (10.75 oz) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 c crushed buttery round crackers
  • 1/4 c sour cream
  • 1 c sliced walnuts
  • 1/4 tsp dried sage

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • Step #2 In a medium bowl, walnuts, eggs, finely sliced onion, crushed crackers, mix the cream cheese, sage & salt.
  • Step #3 Mix well.
  • Step #4 Heat oil in a medium skillet over medium high heat.
  • Step #5 Drop cheese mixture by rounded tbspfuls into the hot pan.
  • Step #6 Flatten with a spatula & let brown.
  • Step #7 Turn & brown other side.
  • Step #8 Place cooked patties in a 8x12 inch baking dish.
  • Step #9 Combine the soup, milk & sour cream & mix well.
  • Step #10 Pour over patties.
  • Step #11 Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 20 mins or until bubbly.
