Grilled Pork, Cheddar, And Jalapeño Sausage Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp pepper
  • 2 c (8 oz) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 5 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 small onion, sliced
  • 2 lbs mild ground pork sausage
  • 2 large jalapeño peppers, seeded & sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Beat all ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until mixed.
  • Step #2 Shape into 12 patties.
  • Step #3 Prepare fire by piling charcoal or lava rocks on 1 side of grill, leaving the other side empty.
  • Step #4 Coat food rack with cooking spray, & place on grill.
  • Step #5 Arrange patties over empty side; grill, covered with grill lid, over high heat (400° to 500°) 12 mins on each side or until done.
