Warm-and-spicy Salsa Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 (10-oz) cans sliced tomatoes & green chiles, undrained
  • 1 (16-oz) can crushed tomatoes
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 2 celery ribs, sliced
  • 3 garlic cloves, pressed
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 1 c white vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp pepper

Directions
  • Step #1 Bring first 4 ingredients to a boil in a saucepan over med-heat/flame; add tomatoes & green chiles & remaining ingredients.
  • Step #2 Return to a boil, stirring every once in awhile.
  • Step #3 Serve warm with tortilla chips.
