Spinach Artichoke Dip Recipe

Ingredients
  •  Pita or tortilla chips
  • 1 c (4 oz) shredded Cheddar
  • 1 pint prepared creamed spinach
  • 2 tbsps fresh lemon juice
  • 1 12-oz jar marinated artichoke hearts, drained & roughly sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oven to 400° F.
  • Step #2 In a medium bowl, mix the spinach, Cheddar, artichokes, & lemon juice.
  • Step #3 Scrape the mixture into a small oven-safe baking dish.
  • Step #4 Bake until lightly golden, about 15 mins.
  • Step #5 Serve the dip with the chips.
  • Step #6 Tip: If takeout creamed spinach isn?t readily available, substitute a defrosted 16-oz package of creamed spinach.
