Ingredients
1/2 c shredded Parmesan cheese
4 tbsps butter or margarine, softened
3/4 c (3 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/4 c sliced fresh parsley
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 (4 1/4-oz) can sliced black olives, drained
1 (8-oz) French baguette, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
1/2 c pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced
Directions
Step #1 Combine sliced black olives & next 6 ingredients.
Step #2 Top each bread slice evenly with olive mixture.
Step #3 Arrange on baking sheets.
Step #4 Broil, with oven door partially open, 3 to 4 mins or until topping is bubbly & golden.
