Olive Crostini Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/2 c shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 tbsps butter or margarine, softened
  • 3/4 c (3 oz) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  • 1/4 c sliced fresh parsley
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 (4 1/4-oz) can sliced black olives, drained
  • 1 (8-oz) French baguette, cut into 1/4-inch-thick slices
  • 1/2 c pimiento-stuffed olives, sliced

Directions
  • Step #1 Combine sliced black olives & next 6 ingredients.
  • Step #2 Top each bread slice evenly with olive mixture.
  • Step #3 Arrange on baking sheets.
  • Step #4 Broil, with oven door partially open, 3 to 4 mins or until topping is bubbly & golden.
