Roquefort Quiche Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 c heavy cream
  • 4 oz Roquefort cheese, softened
  • 2 tbsps butter
  • 1 scallion, minced
  • 3 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 9-inch pastry shell, partially baked (follow the label directions)

Directions
  • Step #1 Heat oven to 375° F.
  • Step #2 Scatter the cheese, bacon, & scallion in the pastry shell.
  • Step #3 Combine the eggs & cream & pour on top.
  • Step #4 Dot with the butter.
  • Step #5 Bake 25 to 30 mins or until golden & puffed.
