12 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/3 c evaporated milk
2 tbsps sliced fresh cilantro or parsley
1 (16-oz.) package mild ground pork sausage
1 1/2 c (6 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese or Monterey Jack cheese with peppers
1 large egg, lightly beaten
1/4 c sliced onion
Directions
Step #1 Cook sausage & onion In a large-ish nonstick skillet over medium-high heat, stirring until sausage crumbles & is no longer pink.
Step #2 Reduce heat to medium; add eggs, & cook, without stirring, until eggs begin to set on bottom.
Step #3 Gently stir this to slightly break up eggs.

Step #10 Roll dough into a 12-inch square; sprinkle evenly with shredded cheese & cilantro.
Step #11 Roll up, jelly-roll fashion, & cut into 12 (1-inch-thick) slices.
Step #12 Place dough slices over egg mixture, spacing evenly.
Step #13 Bake at 400° for 25 to 30 mins or until golden.
Step #14 Kitchen Express: Prepare sausage, egg, & Chile-Cheese Sauce mixture as directed; spoon into a lightly greased 13- x 9-inch baking dish.
