Baked Oatmeal Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp sliced walnuts
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 2 c uncooked quick-cooking oats
  • 1/2 c packed brown sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  •  Cooking spray
  • 2 tbsps butter, melted
  • 1/3 c raisins
  • 1 1/2 c fat-free milk
  • 1/2 c applesauce

Directions
  • Step #1 Preheat oven to 375°.
  • Step #2 Combine the first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl.
  • Step #3 Combine the milk, butter, applesauce, & egg.
  • Step #4 Add milk mixture to oat mixture; stir well.
  • Step #5 Pour oat mixture into an 8-inch square baking dish coated with cooking spray.
  • Step #6 Bake at 375° for 20 mins.
  • Step #7 Serve warm.
