Breakfast Pizza Recipe

Ingredients
  • 8 bacon slices, cooked & crumbled
  • 1 c (4 oz) shredded gourmet 3-cheese mix
  • 1/2 c milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 (16-oz) Italian bread shell

Directions
  • Step #1 Place bread shell on a baking sheet, & sprinkle with shredded cheese & bacon.
  • Step #2 Whisk together eggs & milk until well mixed; pour over center of bread shell.
  • Step #3 Bake at 400° for 12 to 15 mins or until egg mixture is set & cheese is golden brown.
  • Step #4 Cut into wedges, & serve as soon as possible.
